Another Prefabricated Home Takes Shape in Riga, Latvia
A new prefab project has entered its next phase as installation is now underway in Riga, Latvia. After being manufactured and delivered from our partner production facility, the prefabricated building is now being assembled on site by our experienced local partners.
One of the most impressive elements of this project is a 12-meter-long exterior wall, which arrived at the construction site fully completed. By combining wood-textured fiber cement cladding with smooth fiber cement panels, we achieve a contemporary façade that is both visually distinctive and highly durable.
To maximize efficiency on site, the majority of construction work is completed in our factory before delivery. This includes:
- Installation and sealing of energy-efficient windows
- Fully insulated exterior wall assemblies
- Factory-finished fiber cement façade
- Moisture-resistant gypsum board installed on the interior side
- Pre-prepared service cavities for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Precision-engineered timber-frame panels manufactured with advanced production technology
A high level of factory completion allows installation crews to work faster, minimizes weather-related delays, and ensures consistent quality throughout the entire construction process.
Every project leaving our production facility reflects the advantages of industrialized off-site construction—combining engineering precision, reliable manufacturing, and efficient on-site assembly.
Modern prefab construction is no longer just an alternative to traditional building methods. It is a smarter, faster, and more predictable way to deliver high-quality timber buildings built to perform for decades.
